Dear Mr. Plummer,
I wanted to take a moment and express my great satisfaction at a service appt we recently had in your downtown naito parkway location. To be quite honest, the only reason I brought the car to you was because mbi in portland would not disconnect the tele-aid in my car. You see when we bought the car, your dealership was where we came, where we purchased extended warranty on the car.But when I had a problem, called your location about a check engine light, they told me to have it towed in. It was under warranty, so I did as they instructed. Then everything was covered but the towing, which I thought was unreasonable. Your dealership instructed me to have it towed. Then when I go to pick up the car, He tells me I should have just driven it in and I needed to pay the towing. I did, my husband went in an complained and got the same answer.
That was the end of us using your service department. That was in 2005 or 2006, until about two weeks ago. My service guy Chuck Haga has been wonderful. I had the tele-aid taken out of the system but had trouble with my windows after going up and down. Brought it back this morning and he corrected the problem. Checked out the car and everything is fine. Because of him I will be scheduling the maintenance and oil change again at your dealership. He is the only reason I am giving you the chance again. He is a asset to your company. Hope you know that.

In the past, buying a car has not been one of my most favorite things to do. It has pretty much rated right up there with going to the dentist. However, Dale Acelar with Mercedes Benz of Portland helped to make buying my last vehicle as painless as possible. As a matter of fact, it was a pleasant experience. Dale was extremely helpful and accessible whenever I needed him. He really listened to what I wanted and did everything possible to set me up with the perfect vehicle. I would highly recommend asking for Dale when looking for a new or used vehicle. He has a passion for Mercedes and it shows in the work he does for them.
