To make life easier, when you visit our Service Center with an appointment, you’ll receive a complimentary Mercedes-Benz Courtesy Vehicle. To improve the experience we recently doubled our fleet of courtesy vehicles to ensure our Mercedes-Benz of Portland Owners are still driving around in a Mercedes-Benz! Our No Cost Delivery Service is available 7 days a week Monday – Saturday 8:30am-9pm and Sunday 10am-8pm anywhere within a 100 mile radius. Whether you live in Portland, Beaverton, Wilsonville, Vancouver, Gladstone, Gresham or Salem, Mercedes Benz of Portland will deliver your test drive straight to your home or office at no additional charge. Car Wash
When you’re a Mercedes_Benz of Portland Preferred Owner, there’s no excuse to drive around town in a dirty Mercedes-Benz. Preferred Owners can get complimentary car washes at our car wash center.
Guest Lounge
Preferred Owners are welcome to relax in our Guest Lounge, where they can enjoy a cup of coffee, an espresso, frappuccino or the Starbucks drink of their choice. Our Lounge also features a business center with high speed Wi-Fi so you can check your email, find out how the market is doing, or just surf the net. Multi-Point Inspection
Our Mercedes-Benz factory trained and certified technicians will inspect your vehicle meticulously and let you know everything that is going on with your vehicle. To ensure your Mercedes-Benz keeps running smoothly in the long road ahead, we check for the following:
Engine compartment fluid levels
Inspect condition of belts, coolant hoses, radiator, and motor mounts
Under vehicle on lift such as fluid leaks, exhaust system, tire condition, suspension, and brake pads
Exterior features like windshield washer & wipers, mirrors, and lights
Interior features such as horn, seat belts, windows, climate control, gauges, and much more
After one of our technicians has completed your complimentary multi-point inspection, your service advisor will contact you to go over your vehicle’s report card.

Tire Inspection
