Tesla is a newcomer to auto manufacturing but has blazed its own trail as a producer of electric vehicles.

Up to this point, the Mercedes-Benz EQE vs. Tesla Model Y race has been pretty close, with the Tesla pulling a bit ahead, but electronics and driving experience are where Mercedes-Benz takes the lead. The MBUX AI interface recognizes different fingerprints on the touchscreen and responds to individual voices. A digital personal assistant learns your preferences and settings over time and adjusts for navigation, driver assists, and climate controls. The cabin has available HEPA air filtration, ionization, and a fragrance atomizer. The Mercedes-Benz EQE’s brains don’t stop there. Headlamps adapt to road and weather conditions; advanced sensors help you change lanes, park, or exit the car safely; and a head-up display lets you know what the Mercedes-Benz EQE is up to by projecting the information right on the windshield at eye level. Ambient lighting moves throughout the cabin, not only shining on the floor. In addition, the Mercedes-Benz EQE offers an exceptionally quiet and comfortable ride compared to the Tesla Model Y.
